Yes and No! All of our food supplement products are available for delivery world-wide. However, we are unable by law to sell our registered traditional herbal medicines (THRs), including, but not limited to, St John’s Wort and Black Cohosh, to customers living outside of the UK.
In order to purchase these registered traditional herbal medicines (THRs) your billing address must be registered in the UK. As our online shop is unable to distinguish between which products are food supplements or traditional herbal medicines, any traditional herbal medicines that are ordered by overseas customers for delivery outside of the UK will be manually cancelled and a full refund will be given.
However, you will still receive any food supplements which may form part of that order. All customers will be notified via email as and when this occurs in case they wish to cancel the entire order, including food supplements.
We are currently working to update our system to notify customers at point of ordering.
